2. 研究领域介绍

面向航空航天、海洋开发、装备制造等领域核心零部件表/界面行为,致力于高温、强腐蚀等极端和特殊工况条件下表面制备新技术和表面涂层新材料的研究,涉及等离子喷涂、超音速火焰喷涂、电弧喷涂等热喷涂技术和激光/电弧增材制造技术。

(1)多尺度阐明热喷涂高温高速熔滴碰撞沉积和界面热质交互行为

(2)基于揭示界面微结合机理智能设计高结合强度、长寿命功能防护涂层

(3)多场复合喷涂技术制备新型耐磨蚀涂层和先进超高温热障涂层研究

(4)新型高效焊接工艺开发研究
