主要从事先进焊接与连接技术的开发与应用、焊接新工艺机理与建模仿真方面的研究工作。围绕搅拌摩擦焊接新工艺,通过采用实验测试与建模仿真等研究手段,开展了常规及改型搅拌摩擦焊接工艺机理与应用研究,建立考虑超声软化效应的铝合金材料本构模型,解释了超声改善焊接过程的物理机制,发展了搅拌摩擦焊接工艺理论;围绕焊接多尺度模拟,采用相场法与有限元法相结合,开展了微观组织预测研究。在国际重要期刊及会议上发表论文30余篇,其中SCI收录论文20余篇,论文获国内外同行的广泛正面引用。在材料加工与焊接制造领域权威期刊Scripta Materialia, International Journal of Machine Tools & Manufacture, Materials & Design,JMPT, STWJ等发表多篇研究论文,申请发明专利2项,担任Materials & Design,International Journal of Heat and Mass Transfer,International Journal of Pressure Vessels and Piping等国际期刊审稿人。 近期部分代表性论文 1.
