2. 研究领域

研究内容:纤维增强复合材料功能性应用研究,包括:

1.功能型高分子表面处理剂设计、制备及产业化应用,如原丝油剂、纤维上浆剂/集束剂/抗静电剂/阻燃剂/亲水剂等(纤维聚焦碳纤维、芳纶、纤维素纤维等,树脂围绕聚酰胺、聚丙烯、聚乙烯、聚醚醚酮等)

2.碳纤维及其复合材料界面设计及功能性应用(结构功能一体化设计及其在力学、导热、传感、阻尼、防腐、自修复领域应用)

3.新能源器件电极材料的可控设计及其电化学储能研究(围绕硫基电池、钾电、钠电、超级电容器等,致力高分子纳米复合材料、生物基高分子材料、有机/无机杂化材料、新型纳米材料(碳纳米管、石墨烯、MXene等)的制备与功能化研究)

3. 取得科研成果情况


入选山东省泰山学者青年专家。曾获国家公派研究生项目资助。主要研究领域为碳纤维及其功能复合材料研发,二次电池储能材料开发。涉及材料表面与界面、能源存储转化、材料模拟与设计等。迄今,已在Adv. Funct. Mater., Small, Chem. Eng. J., Compos. Sci. Techol., J. Energy Storage, Fuel, ACS Appl. Mater. Inter., Carbon、Appl. Surf. Sci., Compos. Part A等国际知名期刊发表学术论文30余篇,申请发明专利10余项,担任Adv. Funct. Mater., Chem. Eng. J., Carbon, Compos. Part B, Polym. Compos.等国际学术期刊审稿人。

所在团队:碳纤维中心(山东省碳纤维及复合材料制备与应用重点实验室 牵头单位)

团队介绍技术团队包括教师20余名和研发人员60余名。校内团队主要由山东大学材料学院特种树脂及复合材料中心教师及工程师构成,现有教授5人、副教授4人、高级工程师1人、博士后1人,硕博学生30余人,诚挚欢迎各专业的本科生、硕士生、博士生、学者加入!

团队拥有山东大学千佛山校区和兴隆山校区实验室,以及位于齐河、济宁、威海基地的专属研发楼和中试车间。主要开展高性能碳纤维等特种纤维制备、性能、制造工艺及材料分析表征研究,包括丙烯腈聚合与纺丝工艺、纤维碳化结构演变、碳纤维复合损伤容限分析与健康监测技术、高性能复合材料设计与制备等。

国内外交流:与美国特拉华大学、澳大利亚斯威本科技大学、香港大学、东华大学等多所国内外高校及科研团队保持着紧密的合作关系,可为研究生提供良好的国际交流和深造机会。
