2. 研究领域介绍

学科专业:材料物理与化学

研究领域:主要从事功能半导体纳米材料的设计、制备及其气敏性能、光电性能、储能等性能及应用研究;氧化物透明导电薄膜的制备与性能研究工作。

讲授的课程:本科生课程《物理化学》,《分析化学》,《工程伦理与管理》;研究生课程《功能材料》,《材料的结构与性能》。

培养的研究生适合从事工作领域:毕业后具有从事科学研究的能力,适合在高校科研院所、高新技术企业及研发机构从事材料领域的相关工作。
