主要从事钛合金塑性成形机理、先进复合材料成型技术与结构设计研究，入选山东省优青、山东省高层次人才、济南市产业领军人才、山东大学齐鲁青年和未来学者计划，主持国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划子课题、山东省优青、山东省重大创新工程、中国博士后科学基金等20余项，承担中国商飞、美国波音、中航和辉和中天科技等企业项目，在Int J Mach Tool Manu、Compos Part B、J Clean Prod、J Mater Process Tech、 Compos Struct等国际学术期刊发表SCI论文80余篇，其中一作/通讯作者论文50余篇。申请/授权发明专利20余项，获中国机械工业科学技术三等奖、山东省机械工业科学技术一等奖和产学研合作创新成果奖。 代表性科研论文： (1) Cong Shao, Jun Lin*, Yanjin Guan, Dong Quan, Liang Chen, Cunsheng Zhang, Guoqun Zhao.
