2. 研究领域介绍

研究领域一 有机硅弹性体的设计制备

探索不同结构环硅氧烷的合成、结构控制、分离等技术,探索水解裂解条件对环体结构与成分的影响;探索新型引发体系,研究各种不同结构环硅氧烷的均聚与共聚动力学规律,实现对聚硅氧烷分子链结构的可控制备;探索聚硅氧烷配方与交联体系,制备高阻尼、高强度、耐高温、耐辐照等特种弹性体材料;研究交联网络与填料网络之间的相互作用及在多场耦合条件下结构与性能演变规律;

(1)有机硅均聚物及有机硅-有机硅共聚物

(2)有机硅-碳链高分子共聚物

(3)有机硅弹性体配方研究(导电、导热、电磁屏蔽等)

(4)极端工况条件下有机硅材料的结构演变

研究领域二 功能有机硅材料设计与制备

有机硅单体具有种类多、反应选择性高可设计性强等特点,可以构建出线性、枝化、超支化、体型、笼型、空间网状等不同结构;有机硅材料具有良好的高低温耐受力、生理惰性、优异的耐候性等,通过在有机硅分子上预设不同的官能团,可以赋予材料可控的反应特性,可以引入各种不同功能的基团,赋予材料发光、力学感知、自愈合、恒模量等功能,探索在智能穿戴、信息存储、柔性显示以及苛刻工况条件下的应用。

研究领域三 高分子材料基因工程

材料基因工程是改变材料研究范式的颠覆性技术,极大的加速新材料的发展。利用分子动力学模拟与第一性原理计算等方法,揭示有机硅高分子微观结构对宏观性能的影响;利用超级计算机,以高通量计算等方法,建立有机硅结构与性能关系数据库;基于机器学习与人工智能技术,设计新型有机硅功能材料,结合机器学习和3D打印技术手段,探索结构功能一体化的材料成型与加工新方法,拓展有机硅材料的应用。

个人介绍

周传健,教授,博导,山东大学科学技术研究院院长,国家高层次人才科技创新领军人才,国家国防科技委员会专家组成员、中国化工学会特种化学品委员会副主任委员、山东省新材料产业协会会长、山东大学威海工业技术研究院院长、山东大学特种功能聚集体材料教育部重点实验室副主任山东大学卓越计划有机硅材料团队领导者

课题组主要从事有机硅材料、生物医用材料的科研与教学工作,致力于耐极端环境、生物医用及有机硅荧光材料等新型有机硅材料的结构设计与制备,聚焦于环硅氧烷的开环聚合动力学、有机硅材料仿真分析、结构与性能表征以及有机硅材料智能加工等研究工作,研发的有机硅新型引发体系及交联体系,解决了竞聚率差别大的有机硅单体之间的共聚问题,先后攻克了氟硅橡胶、甲基苯基硅橡胶、高阻尼硅橡胶等特种硅橡胶的制备技术,成功应用于“天和核心舱”等重大装备。

在生物医用材料领域,主要开展了医用有机硅凝胶材料、长效抗菌填料及低收缩牙科树脂、医用硅橡胶表面改性与加工等。

作为项目负责人承担了国家关键材料攻关、国家自然科学基金、山东省自主创新重大专项等20余项,获山东省技术发明二等奖等省部级奖励两项,乌鲁木齐市科技进步一等奖一项,山东省医学科技二等奖1项。在Acta MaterialiaACS Applied Materials & InterfacesJournal of Materials Chemistry C、Polymers、Molecular Chemistry & Physics 等期刊上发表文章60余篇,授权发明专利30余项,主持起草国家标准1项,企业标准3项。累计获得科研经费超5000万元。

课题组现有在读硕博学生19人,长期招收硕士、博士、博士后,欢迎各专业学者加入。

长期与国内外著名高校、研究所中国科学院中国工程物理研究院四川大学、武汉大学、南京大学、621研究所703研究所美国路易斯安那理工、俄罗斯莫斯科国立大学、俄罗斯科学院、德国亚琛工业大学德国马克斯普朗克研究所有紧密合作,愿协助学生进行互访、交流。

学生业后能够在高等学校、科研机构、公司、生产企业独立地从事科学研究、技术服务、产品开发和教学工作等,能够主持部分科研项目、独立进行科学研究或产品研制,也适合进行独立创业。
