针对国际高端制造领域迫切需求,致力于轻质合金构件塑性成形工艺、模具与装备研究:(1)为突破轻质合金弯曲构件现有制造技术瓶颈,研发了新型差速挤压成形工艺、装备、模具及产业化理论与技术;(2)为实现分流挤压铝型材焊缝质量数字化评估,研究了空心型材分流挤压焊合机理、界面结构演变规律、固态焊合模型及焊缝质量精确调控理论与方法。与合作导师联合创立了英国帝国理工学院科技孵化公司,实现了研究成果的产业化推广。 申请PCT国际发明专利3项,美、欧、英、日、韩、印发明专利1项、国家发明专利10余项,获英国授权专利1项和中国授权发明专利5项;在Int J Mach Tools Manuf、J Mater Process Technol、Mater Sci Eng A等期刊上发表学术论文30余篇;曾获中国上银优秀机械博士论文奖和山东省优秀博士学位论文。 代表性科研论文: 1.
