课程说明

采用全英语授课方式,介绍精密冲裁、冲压成形、液压成形、喷丸成形、电磁成形、激光成形、旋转压头渐进成形等先进有模和无模板料成形新技术;介绍板料性能及其实验方法、材料屈服、塑性流动法则、变形稳定性等;将复杂变形过程分解为基本变形形式和变形区域,并应用工程塑性理论分析弯曲、拉深、拉弯复合、液压胀形等;学会用动力显式有限元方法分析复杂板料成形过程,并用静力隐式方法分析变形后的弹复。使学生能够建立板料成形问题的力学模型,并用于成形工艺分析、工模具设计,并能进行有限元数值模拟。要求学生具有应力、应变,以及弹性变形的基本知识。
