课程说明

This lesson   provides an introduction to virtually all aspects of the technology of   composite materials as used in aeronautical design and structure. The text   discusses important differences in the technology of composites from that of   metals--intrinsic substantive differences and their implications for manufacturing   processes, structural design procedures, and in-service performance of the   materials, particularly regarding the cause and nature of damage that may be   sustained. Students will be able to describe the relation of the structures   of composite materials to improvements in strength and toughness, understand   and interpret the influence of materials processing on the microstructure and   properties of metallic, ceramic, and polymers. Students can select   appropriate materials and processing routes for the realization of   engineering design goals, based on property and performance characteristics.   Students can operate modern instruments. Students can use their fundamental   knowledge of materials science to report own experimental works/results.
